How To Go TO Kaer Morhen In Witcher 3

If you’re playing Witcher 3, you’re probably wondering how to get to kaer morhen. It’s not exactly easy to find – but don’t worry, we’ll show you how. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be there in no time

Kaer Morhen  is a location within The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt  that can only be reached after completing the main quest, “Lilac and Gooseberries,” which is part of the “farmer’s son” quest line. After the events in Vizima, you will be asked to return to Velen and finish any remaining side quests in the area.

Once you have completed all side quests in Velen, head to Lindenvale and speak with the blacksmith. He will tell you that something happened to his son at Kaer Morhen, which is why he hasn’t returned home. At this point, the quest “Lilac and Gooseberries” will trigger.

You will be required to head to Kaer Morhen and fight through the bandits that have taken over the keep. Once you open the first door, give yourself some space as this room is filled with archers on ladders along all of the walls. After dealing with them, move onto the center of the room where two ballistas await. After killing them, focus on the bandits to your right and left as they will be trying to bring down the gate (which is also a good time for you to fight them off since no one else can get through). Once you’ve cleared out all of the bandits in this room, open up the gates and head back outside.

At this point, you will need to make your way through the kaer. Start by running past the bear traps and head down the stairs on your left (or right if you are coming from outside). Continue forward until you get to the bottom of the stairs, where you’ll find a door full of bandits guarding it. Enter with caution, as there is a bear trap at the bottom of the stairs and one on either side of the room. After going through it, go up the staircase directly in front of you and then cross a small bridge into a hallway that has four bandits waiting for you. Continue forward until you reach a large room that has two ballistas on your left as well as two bandits. After killing them, look to your right for another bandit on a high perch. Go up the stairs in front of you and follow the path around until you get to some land mines at the end (be careful).

Once you make it past that section, head back down the stairs and go through the door on your right. Go up the stairs and you will be forced into a conversation with Eskel, Lambert, Leo, or Vesemir depending on which witcher you decided to rescue at Kaer Morhen during the main quest “Lilac and Gooseberries.” After talking with them, head back down the stairs where your horse should have magically appeared. You can ride it back to the kaer entrance, or you can continue on foot and kill the striga that is guarding the kaer exit.

After killing it, head down to your left where a path will appear. Follow this path until you come across your trusty steed again. Climb onto him and travel upwards towards a bridge where a pack of ghouls will come rushing at you. Cross the bridge and head into a wooded area that has two kikimore queens waiting for you. Once they have been slain, run through the kikimore nest in front of you and follow the path until you reach a kaer exit guarded by a wheel chair bound bandit. Once you’ve dealt with him, head out of kaer morhen and enjoy.

What’s the best Armour in Witcher 3?

This is a difficult question because it depends on your play style. For example, if you’re mainly focusing on attack power, the best armor would be something like the Bear School Gear. However, if you’re more interested in defensive stats, the Griffin School Gear would be a better choice.

Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide which armor is the best for you. Try out a few different sets and see which one feels the most comfortable. You’ll eventually find something that fits your style and provides the stats you need. Happy hunting!
